After she reconnected the phone again and restart the whole process it managed to go thru. Good Luck!!! 2.3.4 is cool. hehe Feez, I love the 2.3.4 too. especially the Panaroma camera. :)

It happened to me once last time when i updated to 2.3.3. my phone was hanged and get an exclamation mark in the middle of the screen upon startup.
