As my previous post stated, I went to Melaka with all other Alpha members last Saturday. It is really a fun trip, can know new friends, can see those photographs taken by other members. We departed from Mid Valley at about 12.00 noon, the bus and your guide was late. The actual meet up time should be 10.30 am. I reached Mid Valley at about 10.05am and went straight to Jusco to bought some sweet, a bottle of mineral water and a bun for my breakfast. And we been given a Sony Alpha vest, which I really like as it have many pockets. So I can keep my handphone, memory card and so on. : )

As we departed from Mid Valley at about 12 noon, we reached Melaka also 2.00 pm already. Most of us are so hungry, and we went straight for lunch according to group. I have been assigned to Green Group, lead my Mr. Khairul. Mr. Khairul is a freelance trainer for team building and nature photography was his passion. And ya, Sony even give us a small ang pau of RM 20 for lunch. :  )

After the quick lunch, the photo shooting session start…. We went to Jonker Street for photo shootings, and the street really full of Alpha people wearing a black Sony Alpha vest. Really a good promotion for Sony. Even got 2 different couple from overseas asked me about it. Told them it was a photography outing organized by Sony. : )

But on that day, the weather was not good and it was slight rain on and off. The weather is so hot and no wind at all. At about 4.30 pm, I went to have cendol and nyonya dumpling with one of my friend. Rest time for us, hehe. After the short break, we walked back to Red House for photo shooting before bus arrived at 5.30 pm. The bus fetched us to a Nyonya Restaurant for dinner and photo viewing. Everyone of us have to picked 5 best photos for contest submission. The main prize winner was getting a 18-200mm Sony Lens, good for travel. The whole session ended at about 9.00 pm, and by the time we reached back Mid Valley, it was already 11.30 pm. Everyone was so tired, but it was a really good experience for us. : )

Hope to join the Sony next outing, which should be somewhere in September / October.
